how difficult can it be

abt a week & a half ago I put in a request for a higher internet speed. I was supposd to get the bump-up yesterday morning.

I'm still waiting...

FINALLY got it. 1st thing I did was watch a 6-minute Markopoulos film sans interruption for buffering.
