our vacationing president pledges $35 million for international earthquake relief.

meanwhile in DC more than $40 million is being spent on his inaugural festivities.

What's wrong in this picture?

Wouldn't it be something if they cancelled half of the stupid parties, and donated that money? It might even make me briefly respect shrub (something I can hardly imagine).
