ha! i thought the same thing. four years ago no flat screen tv. now, a flat screen! same with us in casa de bronson/lopez.
watched today in bits and pieces. haven't seen blanco's reading. i read his book, CITY OF A HUNDRED FIRES, about 10 years ago. like it well enough.
i think blanco is a wonderful choice even if he had the daunting, impossible task to write an inaguaral poem. good for him for taking up the challenge.
