Oberlin is near Elyria. the Allen was my first art museum. in my will my art collection will go to the Allen. besides being a splendid small museum it runs this super program for students.
They also had one of the early important conceptual art shows that existed only as a catalog. The show was called art in the mind, and was in 1970. It was the first major museum show that I was in. I did a movie piece If I recall. I don't have any copies of the catalog, I sold mine for 600.00. Thats right 600.00. It's a very sort after catalog, so if you find any let me know.

I remember "Art in the Mind." it was an important exhibition.
well I guess someday they are going to have a lot of Haber's in their collection, but to tell the truth I hope that day never comes.

Finally catching up reading my favorite blogs.... Nice to see this, especially since the Allen was my first art gallery.
