I only met her once -- on my 42nd birthday -- but we "sort of" kept in touch over the past 35 or so years. she was a fascinating person.

I really like the painting.
I use to see her quite a bit back in the 70's with Arakawa usually at dinners at the Lawrence & sylvia, I have to say that I found her a little off putting, very dense and abstract in conversation, but a nice person. Father time is catching up with me.
