You can't imagine the effect of this warm, sun-lit photo. Here in the northeast it is tremendously cold right now. I am obsessing over a stray cat I have been feeding this fall who is surely freezing in the below-30 (F) temps. But she is feral and can't be accomodated. that statue is by Courage Nyanhongo the then 10 y/o son of famous Zimbabwean sculptor Gideon Nyanhongo. I believe it's the 1st piece he ever sold.
