welllllllllllll... I swear that the store at which I bought these delectables sd "plumot." however I just returnd from my other grocery & their sign reads "pluot."
supposedly a "cross" between a plum & an apricot, flavorwise. mebbe so, mebbe not, but they are delicious!
tastes more like plum than apricot but I'd but it again.
